For what seems like years (and probably is!), Buckingham Palace Road has been a mess whilst a huge building project has been taking shape. Well, thank goodness it is nearly done but whether you like it or not is another matter altogether! This is it....

I'm not sure who the architect/planners are but already the white horizontals are no longer white as dirty water has run off the uprights and is staining them brown. Yuk! But in complete contrast, about a mile away where St James' Street meets Cleveland Row, another project which has been ongoing for months has nearly finished and No 88 has been unveiled. Beautiful, I think you'll agree!

There's still a few screens around the base but what fabulous architecture.
